I love that SportsCare is all about relationships. We started from the consumer point of view and maintain that position today. Those connections allow us to remain flexible and deliver great service to our employees, clients and the community.

Jon Spurger
Chief Operating Officer
The best part of my job is helping people. Hospitals and Physician Offices have spent decades working on systems to help better navigate their patients through the system with little to no success. We believe that patient navigation is personal and different for every experience and something a call center can’t provide. We have developed proven strategies to increase patient satisfaction while driving new volumes to our partners and developing relationships for life.
