SportsCare USA, Inc., a non-clinical healthcare marketing network, was built on the belief that healthcare choice is a personal decision and therefore, developing "grassroots" relationships is the key to driving insured patients to your facility. Further, SportsCare USA's marketing strategies were founded on the principle that marketing should be measurable and accountable. Since 1989, SportsCare USA has provided marketing programs, personnel, consulting and tracking tools to over eighty (80) healthcare providers and healthcare systems from Hawaii to Texas to Connecticut.
Initially the goal of the program was to promote orthopedic services to the physically active community. SportsCare programs focused on wellness and healthy lifestyles by matching two of America's most visible industries---healthcare and the physically active. Through varied community events and projects, SportsCare provided a system to communicate the provider's services directly to the various physically active groups within the community. SportsCare developed a communications system to share best practices across the network and a ROI tracking system to measure program results.
As healthcare has become more competitive, SportsCare USA has adapted its Community Outreach Solutions division to support a wider range of healthcare outreach initiatives, clinical services, education and fundraising. SportsCare USA does not provide direct medical care, as it is a non-clinical outreach partner. Our partners and affiliates have excellent physicians, clinicians, education programs, wellness services, etc.
However, Community Outreach Solutions is designed to be clinically comprehensive, providing outreach tools for a variety of specialties. Orthopedics, PT/Rehab, Cardiology, Oncology, Dietary, Women's and Senior Services. Community Outreach Solutions programs and events are designed to reach a desired target market, introduce the appropriate service, database participants and track usage.
Community Outreach Solutions database management and tracking tools received a major upgrade in 2005 with the development of Database Tracking Solutions. The web-based CRM and ROI tool provides support for data entry, event management, direct marketing, reporting and ROI tracking. Database Tracking Solutions is one of the stand alone products now available from SportsCare USA, Inc. and its Community Outreach Solutions division.
Community Outreach Solutions provides a variety of options including outreach/marketing programs, full-time personnel (if desired), consulting, web-based database tracking solutions and customer relations management tools designed to enhance healthcare outreach marketing efforts.
