Job Description
FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide SportsCare and designated hospital market with quality athletic health representation and services with an efficient system of implementation and control.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
1. Responsible to: SportsCare Senior Field Representative (if applicable), Regional Manager and/or System Manager, SportsCare Chief Operation Officer or SportsCare System Manager and designated hospital liaison.
2. Responsible for: Designated SportsCare athletic healthcare marketing and services.
3. Inter-relationships: Other SportsCare Field Representatives, hospital staff, medical staff, and athletic community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in sports management, marketing, business or related field.
2. Skills: Writing composition capabilities; negotiation skills, familiarity and marketing functions.
3. Knowledge: Business knowledge of systems; general office procedures; use of equipment.
4. Experience: Two to Five years of organized athletic participation, management or administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Customer Satisfaction
1. Provide clear lines of communication to SportsCare, respective customers, designated hospital representatives and other medical staff personnel to expedite SportsCare and other department services within delegated authority.
2. Monitor customer's interests, needs and requirements to maximize full customer satisfaction.
3. Familiar with all SportsCare and designated hospital programs and services to optimize customer utilization and satisfaction.
4. Maintain ongoing communication with athletic community, corporate SportsCare and a designated hospital.
5. Facilitate resolution of problems and complaints between corporate SportsCare, the designated hospital and the athletic community.
Innovation and Leadership
1. Assist in environmental and organizational assessments of various services and functions to enhance the image of SportsCare and a designated hospital.
2. Assist in developing and implementing SportsCare objectives based on the situation assessments and the mission statement.
3. Assist in developing and implementing SportsCare strategies to achieve the objectives and carry out the mission.
4. Assist in developing and implementing SportsCare marketing strategies and plans.
Job Performance
1. Develop and implement a quality SportsCare product with an efficient and effective system of providing health prevention, treatment and control.
2. Interpret customers' interests, needs and requirements through direct contacts, conferences, meetings and written reports.
3. Conduct SportsCare USA promotional work and track results.
4. Develop new business within assigned region.
5. Integrate marketing strategies to successfully create new events to revitalize existing marketing areas.
6. Provide a positive organizational image to the general public and client.
7. Assist in developing, refining and implementing SportsCare policies and procedures.
8. Deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information concerning corporate SportsCare affairs.
9. Adhere to all corporate SportsCare operations, policies and procedures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
